神经电刺激对脑外伤昏迷大鼠前额叶皮质5-羟色胺2A和γ-氨基丁酸b受体表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究神经电刺激对脑外伤昏迷大鼠前额叶皮质5-羟色胺2A受体(5-HT2AR)和γ-氨基丁酸b受体(GABAbR)表达的影响。方法选取108只健康的SD大鼠,按照随机数字表法将其分为刺激组、假刺激组和空白组各36只。刺激组和假刺激组通过自由落体撞击法建立脑外伤昏迷大鼠模型,刺激组大鼠通过手术分离左侧迷走神经并给予电刺激,假刺激组大鼠手术步骤同刺激组但无电流输出,空白组大鼠不作任何处理。于干预后12 h和24 h观察各组大鼠意识水平,采用免疫组化技术检测前额叶皮质5-HT2AR和GABAbR的表达情况。结果干预后12 h刺激组和假刺激组分别有27只和13只大鼠觉醒,刺激组觉醒比例显著高于假刺激组(P<0.05)。干预后12 h和24 h时3组前额叶皮质5-HT2AR免疫组化(IHC)评分由高到低依次为空白组、刺激组和假刺激组,GABAbR IHC评分由高到低依次为假刺激组、空白组和刺激组(P均<0.05)。结论迷走神经电刺激对脑外伤昏迷大鼠具有促觉醒作用,其机制可能与上调前额叶皮质5-HT2AR表达,下调GABAbR表达有关。
