摘要 参与式民主作为兴起于西方国家的民主设计,与马克思主义民主理论强调的社会民主政治形式具有相通之处。其所主张的民主参与范围、实现形式等对中国民主政治建设具有参考意义和借鉴价值。在推进教育治理体系与治理能力现代化背景下,积极发展参与式民主,为完善高校内部治理,激发基层活力提供了重要驱动。从影响基层参与式民主发展的因素考虑,必须从参与条件、参与主体、参与文化、参与制度等四个维度去完善高校内部治理的民主设计。 Participatory democracy,as a democratic design emerged from western countries,has similarities with the social democratic political form emphasized by Marxist democratic theory.The scope of democratic participation and realization forms it believes in and advocates have reference significance and value for China's democratic political construction.Under the background of promoting the modernization of educational governance system and governance capabilities,to promote participatory democracy actively provides an important drive to improve the internal governance of colleges and universities and stimulate the vitality of the grassroots.Considering the factors affecting the development of grassroots'participatory democracy,we must improve the democratic design of internal governance of colleges and universities from the four dimensions of participation condition,participation subject,participation culture and participation system.
