葡萄糖氧化酶对公猪生殖性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨葡萄糖氧化酶对种公猪生殖性能的影响,选择18~24月龄、体重150~200 kg健康长白种公猪25头,分为5组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1、2、3、4 kg/t的葡萄糖氧化酶。试验期28 d。结果表明:试验3、4组公猪血清中雌二醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组公猪血清中芳香化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组公猪血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组公猪血清总抗氧化力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验2、3、4组精子活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),精子畸形率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,公猪日粮中添加2 kg/t葡萄糖氧化酶(15 U/g)较适宜。 To investigate the effect of glucose oxidase on reproductive performance of boars, 25 healthy long-white150~200 kg boars aged 18~24 months were divided into five groups with five replicates in each group. The animals in the control group were fed with basic diet, while the diet of test 1, 2, 3 and 4 groups were added with 1, 2, 3, 4 kg/t glucose oxidase, respectively. The experiment lasted 28 d. The results showed that the estradiol contents of boars in test 3, 4 group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05), the aromatizing enzyme content of boars in test 3 group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The GSH-Px and SOD activities of boars in test 3, 4 groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The T-AOC of boars in test 2, 3, 4 groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The sperm viability of test 2, 3, 4 group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the sperm deformity rate of test 2, 3, 4 group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicated that the appropriate amount of glucose oxidase(15 U/g) in boar diet was 2 kg/t.
