在新时代背景下,国有石化工程服务企业需创新市场开发工作以适应日益激烈的市场竞争。文章分析了当前国有企业市场工作面临的新形势,提出了一种以客户为核心、以精准服务为目标、多维多层多方的立体式市场营销体系。
