Safety Management Situation of Basic Unit on the Job Site and Improvement Suggestions

基层班组是作业现场的基础生产单元,是做好现场安全管理、预防各类事故灾害和减少人员伤亡的关键控制环节。而基层班组的整体安全管理能力和水平的高低,直接影响属地安全管理责任落实、风险识别与管控、重点作业环节保障措施执行、标准化管理等过程和结果性指标走向。通过定期对各类安全管理问题进行汇总分析,查找基层班组安全管理薄弱环节,提出针对性的改进建议,达到不断规范和提升基层班组现场安全管理水平的目的。文章结合某企业年度基层班组安全管理情况,分析了作业现场基层班组安全管理存在的问题和管理原则,提出了相应改进建议。

Basic team is the most basic production unit on the job site,is the key control link to prevent all kinds of accidents and reduce casualties.However,the ability and level of safety management directly affect the process of safety management and the direction of result index.Through collecting and analyzing all kinds of safety management problems on a regular basis,this paper finds out the weak links of safety management of basic teams and groups,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions so as to standardize and improve the safety management level of basic teams and groups on the spot.Based on the annual safety management situation of basic teams and groups in an enterprise,this paper analyzes the existing problems and management principles of safety management of basic teams and groups on the job site,and put forward some corresponding improvement suggestions.
