摘要 漏点是化工厂安全隐患的首要问题之一,2018年张家口氯乙烯重大泄漏事件,2019年四川攀枝花磷蒸汽较大泄漏事故等都在警示我们要正确、严谨对待各个漏点。同时,如何精准发现并科学处理漏点是安全生产的重中之重。文章以某酸性气田天然气净化厂一联合TV-70101调节阀为研究对象,分析了其阀门内漏的原因,并提出了几种有效解决阀门内漏的方法。经过整改后阀门内漏概率明显减少,解决了阀门内漏问题,为装置的安全稳定运行奠定了良好的基础。 The leakage point is one of the most important problems in the safety hazards of chemical plants.The major leakage of vinyl chloride in Zhangjiakou in 2018 and the large leakage of phosphorus steam in Panzhihua,Sichuan in 2019 are warning us to treat each leakage point correctly and strictly.At the same time,how to accurately find and scientifically deal with leakage is the top priority of safety production.Taking a united TV-70101 control valve of a natural gas purification plant in an acid gas field as the research object,the causes of valve internal leakage are analyzed,and several effective methods to solve the valve internal leakage are proposed.After rectification,the probability of valve internal leakage was significantly reduced,which solved the problem of valve internal leakage,and laid a good foundation for the safe and stable operation of the device.
