容器内置过滤器在页岩气生产平台的应用

Application Analysis of the Filter Inside the Container in the Shale Gas Production Platform

受页岩气井水力压力工艺影响,页岩气井在生产过程中气井出砂问题较为频发。虽然气井地面生产流程安装专用除砂器,但仍存在压裂砂进入下游流程造成设备、管道损坏情况。研究以容器内置过滤器方式实现压裂砂的过滤,可实现不改变现用标准化气井地面生产流程的基础上实现压裂砂的过滤,保障下游设备和管道的安全运行。

Under the influence of hydraulic pressure technology of shale gas well,sand production of shale gas well is frequent in production process.Although special sand remover is installed in the surface production process of gas well,there still exists the damage of equipment and pipeline caused by fracturing sand entering the downstream process.The study on the filter of fracturing sand with the filter in the vessel can realize the filter of fracturing sand without changing the current production flow of the standardized gas well surface,and ensure the safety operation of the downstream equipment and pipeline.
