摘要 中海油服现在所使用的高温生产测井仪器为2019年采购于加拿大Sparteksystems公司的HTHP系列第二代产品。HTHP PLT仪器在仪器耐温方面处于行业领先水平,仪器内置保温瓶,耐温可达300℃(流体密度和电容持水率仪器耐温为220℃),外径为43mm,耐压为138MPa。而目前常规生产测井所使用的仪器为SONDEX和威盛的PLT组合仪,常规仪器耐温为175℃,耐压为103MPa。高温PLT更加精细的结构设计对维保提出了更高的要求。文章在介绍高温PLT设计特点的基础上,总结分析高温PLT仪器的维保要点,并与常规PLT的维保进行对比,根据仪器特点,探索不同的维保方法。 The high temperature production logging tool currently used by COSL is the second generation of HTHP series purchased from Canada Spartek systems in 2019.HTHP PLT instrument is at the leading level in the industry in terms of temperature resistance.The instrument has built-in thermos,with temperature resistance up to 300℃(fluid density and capacitance water holding rate of 220℃),outer diameter of 43mm and pressure resistance of 138 MPa.At present,the conventional production logging tool is Sondex and Weisheng PLT combination tool.The temperature resistance of the conventional tool is 175℃,and the pressure resistance is 103 MPa.The more precise structure design of high temperature PLT puts forward higher requirements for maintenance.Based on the introduction of the design characteristics of high temperature PLT,this paper summarizes and analyzes the maintenance points of high temperature PLT instrument,compares with the maintenance of conventional PLT,and explores different maintenance methods according to the characteristics of the instrument.
