摘要
全要素管理的核心工作就是协调和平衡工期、质量、安全、成本之间的对立和统一关系,但这其中质量、安全、费用、进度是诸多因素中的核心。文章首先对项目全要素管理进行了阐述,以石化某库房建设项目为例,对项目的全要素管理要点进行分析和研究,给出结论。
The core work of total factor management is to coordinate and balance the opposition and unity of duration,quality,safety and cost,among which quality,safety,cost and progress are the core of many factors.This paper first expounds the total factor management of the project,taking a petrochemical warehouse construction project as an example,analyzes and studies the key points of total factor management of the project,and draw a conclusion finally.
