摘要
液化天然气属于清洁能源,目前已和工业生产、人民生活息息相关,冬季供热取暖、饮食等均离不开天然气。国家对天然气的储备有长远规划,沿海及长江沿岸LNG储罐、接收站项目陆续启动。LNG工程设计是项目工程建造的龙头,影响工程造价、采办、建造、调试。设计计划的合理性、可执行性直接影响工程整体计划的制定,从而对工程项目的顺利开展具有重要的指导作用。出图计划的基础是出图目录,并以基础数据冻结为起点,控制工艺流程图、总图、工艺管道仪表流程图、3D建模几个关键点。由于文件数量多,出图计划编制及跟踪工作量大,需要有一定的方法和技巧。
Liquef ied natural gas(LNG) is a kind of clean energy, which is closely related to industrial production and people’s life. The state has a long-term plan for natural gas reserves, and LNG storage tank and receiving terminal projects along the coast and the Yangtze River have been started one after another. LNG engineering design is the leader of project construction, which affects project cost, procurement, construction and commissioning. The rationality and enforceability of the design plan directly affect the formulation of the overall project plan, which has an important guiding role for the smooth development of the project. The basis of the drawing plan is the drawing directory, and the freezing of basic data is the starting point to control the key points of process flow chart, general drawing, P & ID and 3D modeling. Due to the large number of documents and the heavy workload of drawing planning and tracking, some methods and skills are needed.
