Research on Lean Thinking Application in Offshore Engineering Project

随着"一带一路"建设的逐步展开,中国工程公司也在不断参与到激烈的国际工程市场竞争中去。文章提出中国工程公司应立足自身优势,运用精益思想,从公司层面建设海外区域的项目平台,突破本地化水平不足的瓶颈,有效提升海外项目管理绩效。

As"one belt,one road"construction is gradually developing,Chinese engineering companies are also participating in the fierce competition in the international engineering market.This paper proposes that Chinese engineering companies should base on their own advantages,apply lean thinking,build overseas regional project platform from the company level,break through the bottleneck of insufficient localization level,and effectively improve the performance of overseas project management.
