摘要
港西油田储层岩样胶结相对疏松,储层岩石易出砂而且粘土矿物含量高,极易产生井壁失稳,严重影响钻井作业,对钻井及钻井液技术提出了新挑战。文章通过对港西油田钻井过程中钻井液资料分析和室内实验,优选出港西油田储层段钻井液体系,该钻井液体系在60~100℃范围内抗温性较好,流变性变化较小,且具有优异的抑制性与防漏性。通过对港西油田钻井液优化技术研究,不仅保障了该油田的顺利开发,同时对类似油田的开发具有重要的借鉴意义。
The reservoir rock samples in Gangxi oilfield are relatively loose, and the rock is easy to produce sand and the content of clay minerals is high, so it is easy to produce the wellbore instability, which seriously affects the drilling operation and presents a new challenge to drilling and drilling fluid technology. In this paper, through the analysis of drilling fluid data and laboratory experiments in the process of drilling in Gangxi oilfield, the reservoir drilling fluid system of Gangxi oilfield has been optimized. It has good temperature resistance in the range of 60 ~100 ℃, little rheological change, and excellent inhibition and leakage prevention. The research on drilling fluid optimization technology in Gangxi oilfield not only ensures the smooth development of this oilfield, but also has important reference significance for the development of similar oilfields.
