喹乙醇火灾危险性研究

摘要 在喹乙醇火灾的调查中,由于缺乏对该物质的基本认知,火灾调查员在进行起火原因认定时存在困难。借助类比实验研究,确定不同引火源对喹乙醇引燃能力的大小,通过影像分析研究引燃过程中喹乙醇的燃烧现象及燃烧残留物的宏观特征,借助锥形量热法分析喹乙醇的燃烧特性,通过热分析技术研究喹乙醇的理化性质。结果表明:喹乙醇作为可燃粉末,能被常见引火源引燃;喹乙醇的最高热释放速率可达1161.3 kW/m2,最大有效燃烧热可达74.84 MJ/kg,具有较高的火灾危险性;喹乙醇的燃点约为210℃,且其燃烧反应不需氧气参与。此研究可为喹乙醇火灾原因的准确认定提供参考和依据。 In the investigation of fire involving olaquindox,it's usually difficult to determine the fire cause,because of the lack of basic knowledge of this substance.In this study,ignition ability of different ignition sources for olaquindox was found out by experiments.The combustion phenomenon of olaquindox and the macroscopic characteristics of combustion residues were studied by image analysis.The combustion characteristics of olaquindox were analyzed by cone calorimetry.The physical and chemical properties of olaquindox were studied by thermal analysis technology.The result shows that olaquindox has high fire risk;It can be ignited by common ignition;Its maximum heat release rate cam reach 1161.3 kW/m2,maximum effective combustion heat can reach 74.84 MJ/kg,and the fire risk is high;The ignition point of olaquindox is approximately around 210℃,and the combustion reaction does not need oxygen.This study is helpful for the investigation of fire caused by olaquindox.
