IGF-1和IGFBP-3在5个地方猪种血液中含量及其与猪肉质性状相关性分析

Contents of insulin-like growth factor-1 and of insulin-like growth factor bound protein-3 in the blood of five local pig breeds and their correlations with pork quality

摘要 为研究胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)在血液中的含量及其与胴体和肉质表型指标的相关性,采用ELISA技术检测了丫杈猪、乌金猪、成华猪、雅南猪和藏猪血液中IGF-1和IGFBP-3的含量,同时测定了肌纤维直径和眼肌面积。结果显示:藏猪肌纤维直径最小,且显著低于丫杈猪、乌金猪、成华猪和雅南猪(P<0.05);丫杈猪和乌金猪的眼肌面积极显著高于藏猪(P<0.01),显著高于成华猪(P<0.05);血液中丫杈猪的IGF-1含量极显著地低于乌金猪、雅南猪和藏猪(P<0.01),乌金猪、成华猪和雅南猪的IGF-1含量极显著地低于藏猪(P<0.01);丫杈猪的IGFBP-3含量极显著地高于雅南猪和藏猪(P<0.01),乌金猪的IGFBP-3在血液中的含量显著地高于雅南猪和藏猪(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,肌纤维直径与IGF-1呈显著负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.05),眼肌面积与IGFBP-3呈显著正相关(r=0.57,P<0.05)。结果表明:可以通过调控IGF-1和IGFBP-3含量来调控猪的胴体品质和肉质。 In order to investigate the correlation of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 contents in blood with meat flavor phenotype indexes, the contents of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were measured in the blood samples of 5 pig breeds(Yacha pig, Wujin pig, Chenghua pig, Yanan pigs and Tibetan pig) with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). At the same time, the area of loin muscle and the diameter of muscle fiber were measured. The results showed that the muscle fiber diameter of the Tibetan pig was the smallest and significantly smaller than that of the Yacha, Wujin, Chenghua and Yanan pigs(P<0.05). The loin muscle area of the Yacha and Wujin pigs was significantly higher than that of the Tibetan pig(P<0.01), and significantly higher than that of the Chenghua pig(P<0.05). The content of IGF-1 in the blood of the Yacha pig was significantly lower than that in the Wujin, Yanan and Tibetan pigs(P<0.01), and was in turn significantly lower in the Wujin, Chenghua and Yanan pigs than in the Tibetan pig(P<0.01). The content of IGFBP-3 in the blood of the Yacha pig was significantly higher than in the Yanan and Tibetan pigs(P<0.01), and then was significantly higher in the Wujin pig than in the Yanan and Tibetan pigs(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the muscle fiber diameter was negatively correlated with the contents of IGF-1 in blood(r=-0. 51,P<0. 05),and loin muscle area was positively correlated with the contents of IGFBP-3 in blood( r = 0. 57,P<0. 05). The present study suggested that carcass quality and meat quality of the pigs might be improved by regulating the contents of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3,which provided support for elucidating the molecular mechanism of pork quality formation and the conservation and utilization of local pigs.
