摘要 目的分析情景模拟教学法在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法以中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇产科2014级临床医学专业90名本科实习生为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成参考组和实验组,分别采用传统教学法、情境模拟教学法开展妇产科临床教学;比较两组教学效果问卷调查分数、专业考核成绩。结果实验组问卷调查的教学优良率(95.56%)显著高于参考组(77.78%)(P<0.05)。实验组学生理论知识考核及临床技能考核成绩均明显高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科本科实习生教学中应用情景模拟教学法,可提高临床教学效果,提升学生专业考核成绩,具有较好实践价值。 Objective To analyze the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods 90 undergraduate interns from the 2014 class of clinical medicine majored in obstetrics and gynecology of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were used as research objects.Random number table method was used to divide interns into control and experimental groups.The traditional teaching method and the situational simulation teaching method were used to carry out the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology;the two groups of teaching effect questionnaire survey scores and professional assessment results were compared.Results The excellent teaching rate(95.56%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The experimental group students’theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical skills assessment scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scene simulation teaching method in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology undergraduate interns can improve the clinical teaching effect and improve students’professional assessment results,which has good practical value.
