互联网+VR在泌尿外科实践泌尿道内镜手术中的教学探索 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨基于互联网+VR(虚拟现实技术)泌尿外科培训模拟器在泌尿外科内镜手术培训中的教学效果。方法选择2018年12月—2019年3月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院泌尿外科实习住院医师52人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用理论学习研究手术图谱及手术观摩的学习方式,观察组采取理论学习并且应用泌尿外科模拟培训器模拟训练并结合网络下载的各种手术视频及讲解;培训结束后通过泌尿外科模拟培训器设置的新病例来进行测试,对比两组的切除比例、出血量、手术操作时间并对教学的满意度进行评价。结果观察组与对照组相比,切除比例及教学的满意度明显高于对照组;而出血量、手术操作时间、出现手术并发症的几率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+VR泌尿外科培训模拟器的培养方式能够提升医生的学习兴趣,缩短手术学习曲线,加速培养出独立操作的泌尿外科医生。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of department of urology training simulator based on Internet+VR in the training of department of urology endoscopic surgery.Methods From December 2018 to March 2019,52 resident doctors in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,theoretical learning was used to study the surgical atlas and the learning method of surgical observation.In the observation group,theoretical learning was used to simulate the training with the urinary surgery simulator and combined with various surgical videos and explanations downloaded from the network.After the training,the new cases set up by the urinary surgery simulator were tested to compare the resection ratio,bleeding volume and operation of the two groups and evaluate the satisfaction of teaching.Results Compared with the control group,the ratio of resection and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while the amount of bleeding,operation time and the rates of surgical complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training mode of the internet+VR in department of urology training simulator in the training of minimally invasive surgery in the department of Urology can enhance the interest of doctors and shorten the surgical learning curve.This teaching mode can be popularized by learning curve and training independent urologists.
