摘要
随着科技的发展,医学高校科研项目的数量和领域的增多与拓宽,实验平台的开放成为一种发展趋势。平台全天、全空间面的开放,能够发挥实验资源在人才培养中的支撑作用。但与传统实验室的运行模式相比,这种开放平台的安全管理存在许多不确定因素,平台安全管理相对更加复杂,比如存在研究生构成复杂、流动性大,实验项目的数量多、覆盖面广等问题,那么如何通过完善平台管理制度,加强平台仪器设备使用管理,加强平台全方位建设等方面来建立良好的开放平台管理体系,提高仪器设备使用率和科研成果,提升全校整体科研实力是实验管理者和实验技术人员面临的新挑战。
With the development of science and technology,the number and field of scientific research projects in universities are increasing and expanding,and the opening of experimental platform has become development tendency.The platform is open all day and all space,which can play a supporting role in talent training.However,compared with the operation mode of the traditional laboratory,there are many uncertain factors in the safety management of the open platform,and the safety management of the platform is relatively more complex,such as the complex composition of graduate students,large liquidity,large number of experimental projects,and wide coverage.How to improve the platform management system,strengthen the use management of platform instruments and equipment,and strengthen the platform to establish a good open platform management system,improve the utilization rate of instruments and equipment,scientific research achievements,and enhance the overall scientific research strength of the university is a new challenge for experimental managers and technicians。
