全面腹部超声检查诊断急腹症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen

目的评定全面腹部超声检查方法使用于急腹症患者诊断过程中所得到的临床诊断效果。方法对2018年6月—2020年2月本医院诊断的74例急腹症患者实施这次具体数据资料分析,针对各个组别予以随机抽签方式分组,不同组别纳入例数依次37例,试验组运用全面腹部超声检查方法,参照组运用传统腹部超声检查方法,评价各个组别超声检查所用时长、临床诊断所用时长、临床诊断符合总计数值。结果试验组超声检查所用时长、临床诊断所用时长相比参照组降低(P<0.05);试验组临床诊断符合总计数值相比对参照组提升(P<0.05)。结论在急腹症患者诊断过程中采取全面腹部超声检查方法得到良好临床诊断效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnostic results obtained by the comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination method used in the diagnosis of patients with acute abdomen.Methods The specific data analysis was carried out on 74 patients with acute abdomen diagnosed in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020.Random groups were drawn for each group,and the number of cases included in each group was 37 in order.The test group was used a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination method,and the reference group was used a traditional abdominal ultrasound examination method to evaluate the length of ultrasound examination time,clinical diagnosis time,and clinical diagnosis in each group.Results The duration of ultrasound examination and clinical diagnosis in the test group were reduced compared with the reference group(P<0.05);the clinical diagnosis of the test group was consistent with the total value compared with the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination method in the diagnosis of acute abdomen patients has a good clinical diagnosis effect.
