导尿拔管评估及感染监测系统在ICU尿管留置中的作用

The Role of Catheter Extubation Assessment and Infection Monitoring System in ICU Catheter Indwelling

目的分析在ICU留置尿管患者中采取由医生主导的导尿拔管评估及感染监测系统提醒功能对减少不良事件的作用,为该系统的临床应用提供依据。方法研究对象均选自在本院医治的ICU留置尿管患者,共60例,时间段在2019年12月—2020年12月期间。并通过数字随机表法将其设为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例),对照组采取常规方法,实验组采取由医生主导的导尿拔管评估及感染监测提醒系统。统计两组患者导尿管相关尿路感染发生率,记录两组患者尿管留置时间。结果在导尿管相关尿路感染发生率上,实验组(3.33%)相较对照组(26.67%)明显更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者尿管留置时间,实验组(4.21±2.14)d明显低于对照组(9.19±3.52)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由医生主导的导尿拔管评估及感染监测系统提醒功能应用于ICU留置尿管患者中,有利于减少导尿管相关尿路感染的发生,缩短尿管留置时间。

Objective To analyze the effect of doctorled catheterization assessment and infection monitoring system reminders on reducing adverse events in patients with indwelling catheters in ICU,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of the system.Methods The study subjects were selected from ICU patients with indwelling catheters in our hospital,a total of 60 cases,the time period was from December 2019 to December 2020.And set it as the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)through the digital random table method.The control group was adopted the conventional method,and the experimental group was adopted a doctor-led catheterization assessment and infection monitoring reminder system.The incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infections in the two groups of patients was counted,and the indwelling time of the catheter in the two groups was recorded.Results In the incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection,the experimental group(3.33%)was significantly lower than the control group(26.67%),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the urinary catheter indwelling time between the two groups,the experimental group(4.21±2.14)d was significantly lower than the control group(9.19±3.52)d,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The doctor-led assessment of catheter extubation and the reminder function of the infection monitoring system are used in ICU patients with indwelling catheters,which is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of catheter-related urinary tract infections and shorten the indwelling time of catheters.
