腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结直肠肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopy and Colonoscopy on Colorectal Tumors

目的探究结直肠肿瘤临床治疗中采取腹腔镜联合结肠镜的应用效果。方法抽选病例时段2018年8月—2019年8月,本院就诊的结直肠肿瘤病例样本82例,编号后随机分组,对照组(传统开腹手术)、研究组(腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗)两组均纳入病例41例,对比手术相关指标、并发症发生率。结果手术相关指标对比,研究组手术用时、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间各指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;经统计研究组总有效率95.12%比对照组80.49%更高,P<0.05,且研究组术后并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。结论针对结直肠肿瘤患者采取腹腔镜联合结肠镜,临床疗效显著,减少机体创伤,促进患者术后更快恢复,降低并发症风险。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the clinical treatment of colorectal tumors.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,a sample of 82 cases of colorectal tumors treated in our hospital was randomly selected and grouped.The control group(traditional open surgery)and the research group(laparoscopic combined colon microscopy)41 cases were included in the two groups,and surgery-related indicators and complications were compared.Results Compare surgery-related indicators,the operation group,intraoperative bleeding volume,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and hospitalization time were better than the control group in the study group,P<0.05.According to statistics,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.12%higher than that of the control group,80.49%,P<0.05,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the study group,P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy for patients with colorectal tumors has a significant clinical effect,reduces body trauma,promotes faster recovery after surgery,reduces the risk of complications.
