婴幼儿喂养行为与儿童饮食行为相关性分析

Analysis on the Relationship Between Infant Feeding Behavior and Infant Eating Behavior

目的分析婴幼儿喂养行为与儿童饮食行为的相关性。方法在2017年9月—2019年6月期间的婴幼儿当中随机抽取260例作为观察对象,对照护人的调查依照《学龄前儿童照护人喂养量表》(CPCFBS)和《学龄前儿童饮食行为量表》(CPEBQ)进行,使用院方自行设计的婴幼儿喂养行为与儿童饮食行为相关性调查问卷,在观察期间,家长在医生的指导下对婴幼儿进行科学喂养,分析早期喂养行为对儿童饮食习惯的影响与婴幼儿早期喂养行为特点。结果在婴幼儿吃饭过程中出现分心的情况与儿童不良饮食行为的影响最大;家长采用控制型、放任型、不良示范型喂养行为会导致儿童形成不良的饮食行为。结论婴幼儿喂养行为对儿童饮食行为具有重要影响。

Objective To analyze the correlation between infant feeding behavior and infant eating behavior.Methods From September 2017 to June 2019,260 infants were randomly selected as the objects of observation.The survey of the adults was carried out in accordance with the“preschool children's caring person feeding scale”(CPCFBS)and“preschool children’s eating behavior scale”(CPEBQ),using the hospital’s self-designed infant and young child feeding behavior and children’s eating behavior correlation questionnaire.During the observation period,parents will scientifically feed infants and young children under the guidance of doctors,and analyze the influence of early feeding behavior on children’s eating habits and the characteristics of infant early feeding behavior.Results In the process of eating,the situation of distraction and children’s bad eating behavior had the greatest impact;parents’adoption of controlled,laissez faire and bad model feeding behavior would lead to children’s bad eating behavior.Conclusion Infant feeding behavior has an important influence on children’s eating behavior.
