摘要
目的观察γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和荷包牡丹碱(BIC)对大鼠腹侧苍白球(VP)神经元自发放电的影响。方法实验采用玻璃微电极在细胞外记录的方法,观察微电泳GABA和BIC对大鼠VP神经元自发放电活动的影响。结果GABA(20~40 nA)使84.00%(42/50)的VP神经元放电减少,6.00%(3/50)的VP神经元放电增加,10.00%(5/50)的VP神经元无反应。BIC(60~90 nA)使7.50%(3/40)的VP神经元放电减少,87.50%(35/40)的VP神经元放电增加,5.00%(2/40)的VP神经元无反应。微电泳GABA期间给予GABAA受体阻断剂BIC,其可使82.22%(37/45)神经元放电频率加快。结论GABA投射对VP神经元有抑制作用,GABAA受体阻断剂BIC可阻断大多数GABA的效应,对GABA的拮抗有抑制作用。
Objective To study the effects of GABA and bicuculine(BIC)on the fring rate of ventral pallidum(VP)neurons in rats.Methods In the experiment,a glass microelectrode recording method was used to observe the effects of microelectrophoresis GABA and BIC on the spontaneous discharge activity of rat VP neurons.Results GABA(20~40nA)reduced the discharge of 84.00%(42/50)VP neurons,increased the discharge of 6.00%(3/50)VP neurons,and 10.00%(5/50)showed no response.BIC(60~90 nA)reduced the discharge of 7.50%(3/40)VP neurons,increased the discharge of 87.50%(35/40)VP neurons,and 5.00%(2/40)showed no response.During microelectrophoresis for GABA,GABAA blocker BIC accelerated the firing rate of 82.22%(37/45)neurons.Conclusion GABA projection has inhibitory effect on VP neurons,selective GABAA of receptor blockers can block the effect of GABA and inhibit antagonism.
