浅谈肿瘤患者PICC置管术后并发症及护理干预

Discussion on the Complications and Nursing Intervention of Tumor Patients After PICC Catheterization

目的评价肿瘤疾病患者PICC置管期间配合护理干预在预防术后并发症等方面的积极意义,以促进肿瘤患者预后。方法选择本院收治的肿瘤行PICC置管的患者,总计80例。予以患者随机分组护理,对照组以及研究组40例肿瘤疾病患者分别采取常规护理、综合护理干预。比较护理干预后两组肿瘤PICC置管患者的PICC置管依从率、置管时间、并发症发生率、情绪评分。结果研究组肿瘤患者PICC置管依从率高于对照组,置管时间长于对照组,并发症发生率与负性情绪评分均低于对照组,各项指标对比P<0.05。结论肿瘤患者PICC置管治疗期间配合综合护理干预可以降低并发症,进一步提高患者的置管依从性、延长置管时间、稳定情绪并提高患者的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the positive significance of nursing intervention in the prevention of postoperative complications in the period of PICC intubation of tumor patients,so as to promote the prognosis of tumor patients.Methods 80 cases of PICC treated in the hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group,40 patients with tumor diseases were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention respectively.After nursing intervention,the compliance rate,time,complication rate and emotional score of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of PICC in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of PICC was longer than that in the control group.The incidence of complications and negative emotion scores were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion During the period of PICC catheterization,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,the compliance,time,emotion and safety of the patients can be further improved.
