持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of the Concept of Sustained Humanistic Care in ICU Nursing

目的评价持续性人文关怀理念的应用的护理干预用于ICU护理工作中的效果,以促进ICU患者预后。方法选择本院ICU收治的患者,总计106例。进行随机法分组护理,对照组以及研究组各53例,分别采取ICU常规护理、运用持续性人文关怀理念。对比两组ICU患者的护理满意度、不良事件发生率、舒适度以及情绪评分。结果护理干预后,研究组ICU患者的护理满意度以及舒适度均高于对照组,发热、院内感染等不良事件发生率以及负性情绪评分均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论基于ICU患者的特殊性,应用持续性人文关怀理念可以进一步提高患者的舒适度、满意度、安全性,稳定患者情绪。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of the concept of sustained humanistic care in the nursing work of ICU,so as to promote the prognosis of ICU patients.Methods 106 patients in ICU of our hospital were selected.The patients in the control group and the study group were randomly divided,with 53 cases in each group.The routine nursing in ICU and the idea of continuous humanistic care were adopted respectively.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,comfort and emotional score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the satisfaction and comfort of ICU patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events such as fever,nosocomial infection and negative emotional scores were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Based on the particularity of ICU patients,the application of the concept of continuous humanistic care can further improve the comfort,satisfaction and safety of patients,and stabilize their emotions.
