摘要
为了提高五轴机床误差模型的预测能力,提出一种基于样件测试法的五轴机床误差间接测量方法,并完成了阶梯轴样件的优化设计。通过对机床空间误差模型进行反求,建立样件加工误差与机床不同误差项之间的函数解析关系,进而得到了机床不同加工状态的动态误差。通过试验验证了该方法的可靠性。结果表明:该方法与激光测量结果吻合较好,可以提高五轴机床误差模型的预测能力,从而提高机床的加工精度。
In order to improve the predictive ability of the error model of the five-axis machine tool,an indirect error measurement method of the five-axis machine tool based on the sample test method was proposed,and the optimized design of the stepped axis sample was completed.By inversely calculating the spatial error model of the machine tool,the function analysis relationship between the sample machining error and different error terms of the machine tool was established,and then the dynamic errors of the machine tool in different machining states were obtained.The reliability of the method was verified through experiments.The results showed that the method was in good agreement with the laser measurement results.The method could improve the predictive ability of the error model of the five-axis machine tool,thereby improving the machining accuracy of the machine tool.
