摘要
定形相转变材料(FS-PCM)在热能储存过程中具有形状稳定、循环稳定性高、储热密度高等优点。近年来,FS-PCM在电子器件温控、太阳能收集、冷链运输、纺织品保温等领域有许多新的应用和探索。总结了FS-PCM在组成、制备方法和性能等方面的最新内容,重点关注了无机多孔吸附、高分子网络定形和微胶囊化封装3类FS-PCM的复合制备方法,并在此基础上,对FS-PCM的发展趋势进行了展望。
Form-stable phase change material(FS-PCM)has many advantages in its application,such as small form change,high cycle stability and high heat storage density in energy storage.In these years,there are many studies and exploration in the fields including electronic device temperature control,solar energy collection,cold chain transportation and textile insulation.Some novel studies on the composition,preparation and properties of the form-stable PCM materials are summarized.Among them,three types of typical preparation methods,porous adsorption materials,polymeric net-form-stables and micro-encapsulation are emphasized.On this basis,the development trend of FS-PCM materials is prospected.
