重大突发公共卫生事件中的信息疫情管理研究

Research on the Information Epidemic Outbreak Management in Major Public Health Emergencies

[目的/意义]旨在为疫情防控及其他公共突发事件中的信息管理提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对世卫组织流行病信息网络组织的信息疫情管理全球在线会议进行网络调查,在总结和借鉴在线会议成果的基础上,结合我国疫情期间所暴露的信息疫情管理问题,提出适合我国国情的信息疫情的管理对策。[结果/结论]提出协同多元主体建立统一的疫情信息管理系统、甄别打击虚假信息、利用信息化技术、普及公众健康教育和卫生知识、构建疫情知识库等建议。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for information management in epidemic prevention and control and other public emergencies.[Method/process]The paper conducts a network survey through the global online conferences on information epidemic management organized by WHO epidemic information network puts forward a framework of information epidemic management suitable for China’s national conditions based on the summary and reference of the results of the online meetings and the current situation of information epidemic management exposed during the epidemic in China.[Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward some suggestions such as establishing a unified epidemic information management system;screening and cracking down on false information;using information technology;popularizing public health education and health knowledge and building epidemic knowledge base.
