摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为我国企业与用户知识共创研究提供主题参考。[方法/过程]基于文献分析方法,对知识共创和用户参与的概念进行了界定;并借助Citespace V软件在知网及WOS数据库获取相关文献,从文献发文量、热点关键词统计等维度对检索文献进行可视化分析。通过回顾国内外学者对知识共创的讨论,从创新社区、新产品开发和客户知识管理这三个视角对企业与用户知识共创的研究成果进行述评。[结果/结论]提出企业与用户知识共创主题下具有前瞻性的研究方向,即继续深入研究企业与用户知识共创的过程机理和探索知识共创各阶段影响因素。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide the subject references for knowledge co-creation between enterprises and users research in China. [Method/process] Based on the literature analysis method,the paper defines the concepts of knowledge cocreation and users’ participation,obtains related literature from CNKI and WOS databases by using Citespace V software,and visualizes the retrieval literatures from the dimensions of literature publication volume and hot keyword statistics. By summarizing the discussion of knowledge co-creation by domestic and foreign scholars,the paper reviews the research results of enterprise and user knowledge co-creation from the three perspectives of innovation community,new product development and customer knowledge management. [Result/conclusion] The paper proposes a forward-looking research direction under the theme of enterprise and user knowledge co-creationwhich means that it should continue to study the process mechanism of knowledge co-creation between enterprises and users and explore the influencing factors of each stage of knowledge co-creation.
