Variable Pitch Conveying Technology in Painting Workshop

探讨分析了涂装车间连续不变节距、连续变节距和间歇式输送3种常见的输送形式,结合具体项目,对这3种输送形式进行了对比分析,明确了每种输送方式的优缺点,对优化涂装车间工艺布局、满足工艺时间及提高喷漆质量具有一定的借鉴意义。

Three common conveying methods of continuous constant pitch conveying,continuous variable pitch conveying and intermittent conveying in painting workshop were analyzed.Through the comparison and analysis of the three kinds of forms,the advantages and disadvantages of each transportation mode were clarified,which had certain reference significance for optimizing the process layout of painting workshop,satisfying the process time and improving the quality of painting.
