全球城市的城市中心作为全球功能高密度、联系交流氛围最为浓厚的区域,正是全球化观念、投资机会、创新机会发育的沃土。近年来,全球企业、各类优势资源出现再次向全球城市的中心回归的趋向。因此,上海建设具有世界级水准的卓越全球城市,迫切需要关注城市中心,促使人才、资本、产业等多方面全球化要素集中聚集,重新审视和思考传统城市中心的活力能级提升问题。

The urban centers of global cities are fertile ground for the development of globalization concepts,investment opportunities,and innovation opportunities,as the areas with the highest density of global functions and the strongest atmosphere of connection and exchange.In recent years,there is a tendency for global enterprises and all kinds of advantageous resources to return to the centers of global cities again.Therefore,in order to build a world-class global city of excellence,Shanghai urgently needs to focus on urban centers and promote the concentration of talent,capital,industry and other global elements,and to re-examine and rethink the issue of enhancing the vitality of traditional urban centers.
