基于“异病同治”“同病异治”理论探讨妇科疾病

"异病同治""同病异治"思想始见于《黄帝内经》,成熟于《伤寒杂病论》,是中医辨证论治的精髓,独具中医特色,千百年来指导着中医临床疾病的诊治。文章试图从异病同治、同病异治的角度,结合妇人"气常有余,血常不足"的生理特点,探讨妇科疾病的诊治规律,从而更好地指导临床用药。

The idea of"treating different diseases with same method and treating same disease with different methods"first appeared in Huangdi Neijing and matured in Shanghan Zabing Lun.It is the essence of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),having unique characteristics and having directed TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases for thousands of years.The article,also taking into account women’s physiological characteristics"often excessive in qi and insufficient in blood",attempts to explore the regularities of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases from the perspective of"treating different diseases with same method and treating same disease with different methods",so as to better provide guidance for clinical medication practice.
