何立群教授认为,慢性肾脏病乃本虚标实之证,多为虚实夹杂,尤以脾肾亏虚为本,继而出现水湿、痰浊、血瘀等实邪,这些实邪作用于机体,影响机体功能失常,病情迁延,反复发作难愈。何立群教授论治慢性肾脏病,调理肺脾肾三脏,注重阴阳表里的调和,扶助正气的同时,兼顾祛除邪气,多法联用,随证治之。

In his long-term clinical career,Professor He Liqun believes that chronic kidney diseases are essentially characterized as a syndrome of root deficiency and manifestation excess,and most of the diseases have a syndrome of mixed deficiency and excess.Deficiency in patients with chronic kidney diseases especially occurs in spleen and kidney,and it is followed by water dampness,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and other excess pathogens.In turn,these excess pathogens act on the body,resulting in the malfunction of the body,and this kind of diseases usually lingers and recurs over time,difficult to be cured.Therefore,Professor He Liqun differentiates and treats chronic kidney diseases by way of regulating the three internal organs of lung,spleen and kidney,focusing on the harmony of yin and yang,superficies and interior.This treating method,combined with other multiple methods and being consistent with varying syndromes,may eliminate pathogenic qi as well as support vital qi.
