资生肾气丸方化裁治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of Zisheng Shenqi Pills in flexibly medicating and treating acute gouty arthritis

目的观察资生肾气丸方化裁治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将96例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。对照组予西药依托考昔片治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上予资生肾气丸方化裁治疗,观察2组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节压痛、关节受限、全身症状指标。结果治疗组总有效率(95.8%,46/48)优于对照组(87.5%,42/48)(P<0.05)。结论资生肾气丸方化裁联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎有明显优势。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Zisheng Shenqi Pills in the suitable medication and treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods 96 acute gouty arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups (n=48).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine etoricoxib tablets while the treatment group was treated with Zisheng Shenqi Pills on the basis of western medicine.Two groups’ joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,joint limitation and systemic symptom indicators were observed.Results The treatment group’s total effective was 95.8%,while the control group was 87.5%,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of western medicine etoricoxib tablets,Zisheng Shenqi Pills has significant advantages in appropriately medicating and treating acute gouty arthritis.
