针刺联合加味水木两滋汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝肾阴虚证疗效及对肠道菌群的影响

Efficacy of acupuncture combined with Shuimu Liangzi Decoction in treating the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency in patients with chronic hepatitis B and its effect on intestinal flora

目的探讨针刺联合加味水木两滋汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝肾阴虚证患者的临床疗效及对肠道菌群的影响。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组予恩替卡韦片。观察组予恩替卡韦片、针刺和加味水木两滋汤内服。2组疗程为24周。比较2组肝肾阴虚证主症评分、肝功能、临床疗效以及肠道菌群。结果治疗后,观察组肝肾阴虚证主症评分以及γ-谷氨酸酰基转移酶(GGT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、大肠杆菌、肠球菌、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)明显少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合加味水木两滋汤对慢性乙型肝炎肝肾阴虚证患者,可明显改善肝肾阴虚证症状和肝功能,提高临床疗效,且可促进患者的肠道菌群好转。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Shuimu Liangzi Decoction in treating the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency in patients with chronic hepatitis B and its effect on intestinal flora.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,86 chronic hepatitis B patients with the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were orally given entecavir tablets,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined wtih Shuimu Liangzi Decoction on the basis of the control group,both with a treatment course for 24 weeks.The syndrome’s main symptom score,liver function,clinical efficacy and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the main symptom score and the levels of γ-glutamate acyltransferase (GGT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),escherichia coli,enterococcus,alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.01).The levels of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shuimu Liangzi Decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B patients’ syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency can significantly improve the symptoms of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and liver function,improve clinical efficacy,and promote the improvement of intestinal flora.
