摘要
目的探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者载脂蛋白(apoprotein,Ape)L1基因突变的检测情况并分析其相关性。方法选择慢性丙型肝炎患者78例作为HCV组,选择同期健康人78例作为健康组,调查2组入选者的肝功能与一般资料,检测2组血液ApeL1基因突变情况并进行相关性分析。结果HCV组的ALT、AST等显著高于健康组(P<0.05),HCV组HCV RNA水平为(8.24±0.551)gIU·mL^(-1)。HCV组中ApeL1基因突变率为16.7%,显著高于健康组的1.3%(P<0.05)。在HCV组13例ApeL1基因突变患者中,其中-51G>A 7例,-26A>G 3例,310G>A 2例,895G>T 1例;健康组中1例基因突变为310G>A。在HCV组中,Pearson相关分析显示,ApeL1基因突变与HCV RNA、ALT与AST水平都呈现相关性(P<0.05)。结论慢性丙型肝炎患者ApeL1基因突变比较常见,多为-51G>A突变,与患者的肝功能与HCV RNA水平显著相关。
Objective To investigate the detection of apolipoprotein(apoprotein,Ape)L1 gene mutation in patients with chronic hepatitis C and to analyze the correlation.Methods From August 2017 to May 2019,78 chronic hepatitis C patients admitted to the outpatient department in our hospital were selected as the HCV group,and 78 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the health group.The liver function and general data of the two groups were investigated,and the Ape L1 gene mutation in the blood of the two groups was detected and the correlation analysis was conducted.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,albumin and platelet count between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of ALT and AST in the HCV group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The HCV RNA level of the HCV group was(8.24±0.551)gIU·mL^(-1).The Ape L1 gene mutation rate in the HCV group was 16.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the health group(1.3%)(P<0.05).Among the 13 patients with Ape L1 gene mutation in the HCV group,there were 7 patients with-51G>A,3 patients with-26A>G,2 patients with 310G>A and 1 patient with 895G>T.One patient in the health group had 310G>A mutation.In the HCV group,Pearson correlation analysis showed that Ape L1 gene mutation was correlated with levels of HCV RNA,ALT and AST(P<0.05).Conclusion Ape L1 gene mutation is common in patients with chronic hepatitis C,mostly with-51G>A,and it is significantly correlated with liver function and HCV RNA level.
