系统化护理联合心理护理对宫颈癌围手术期患者抑郁焦虑情绪及Cor、IL-2水平的影响

Effect of systematic nursing combined with psychological nursing on depression and anxiety,levels of Cor and IL-2 in perioperative patients with cervical cancer

目的探究系统化护理联合心理护理对宫颈癌围手术期患者抑郁焦虑情绪及血清皮质醇(Cor)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平的影响。方法以2019年整年为病例收集时间段,纳入期间在我院接受治疗的宫颈癌患者200例作为研究对象。经数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统化护理联合心理护理。比较2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,血清Cor和IL-2水平,以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理后SAS评分和SDS评分低于护理前,同时也低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后血清Cor和IL-2水平均优于护理前,且血清Cor低于对照组,而IL-6高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为93.00%,对照组护理总满意度为82.00%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理联合心理护理应用在宫颈癌围术期护理中,可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善血清Cor和IL-2水平,并获得患者的认可。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing combined with psychological nursing on depression and anxiety,levels of serum cortisol (Cor) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) in perioperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 200 cases of cervical cancer,treated in our hospital during the entire year of 2019,were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with systematic nursing combined with psychological nursing.The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS),serum Cor and IL-2 levels,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were significantly lower than both before nursing and those of the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum Cor and IL-2 in the observation group were better than before nursing,and the level of serum Cor level was lower than that of the control group,while IL-6 was higher (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction was 93.00% in the observation group and 82.00% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing combined with psychological nursing for perioperative cervical cancer patients can relieve their anxiety and depression,improve the level of serum Cor and IL-2,and can be recognized by patients.
