中医药治疗脑出血研究进展

Research progress in treating cerebral hemorrhage with traditional Chinese medicine

近年来,中医在研究脑出血的发病机制、治疗方法等方面越发深入,临床治疗脑出血常中西医并重。破血化瘀,填精补髓中药汤剂对抑制脑出血,改善脑出血后脑损伤具有明确疗效。研究显示,破血化瘀,填精补髓中药汤剂可通过抑制 NF-κB 信号通路而减轻脑出血后的继发性损伤,并且能对细胞凋亡因子产生影响。但其作用机理尚未完全探明,仍缺乏实验室研究证据。

In recent years,the research of TCM on the pathogenesis and treatment methods of cerebral hemorrhage has been increasingly deepened.Clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage often emphasizes both traditional Chinese and western medicine.The decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood and removing stasis,supplementing essence and replenishing marrow are proved to have a definite curative effect in inhibiting cerebral hemorrhage and improving brain injury after it.Research has shown that TCM decoctions can reduce secondary injuries after cerebral hemorrhage by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway,and can exert an influence on the apoptosis factors caspse3 and bcl2.Yet it is necessary to be pointed out that the very action mechanism has not been fully explored,and laboratory research evidence is still lacking.
