基于miRNAs探析“恐伤肾”对胃癌进展的影响

Analysis of the effect of the idea of “fear impairing kidney” on the progression of gastric cancer based on miRNAs

微小RNAs (microRNAs,miRNAs)是一种小分子RNA,可在多种刺激因素诱导下,于转录后调控相关基因的表达水平,胃癌发展过程中的多种基因与其紧密相关。在临床上,因"恐癌"心理导致肿瘤患者病情迅速加重的现象十分普遍。《黄帝内经·素问》云:"其志为恐,恐伤肾",过度恐惧可伤肾,而人之元气生于肾,肾主一身之本,肾虚亦为胃癌发生发展的主要原因之一。故从"恐伤肾"及其与miRNAs表达之间可能存在的相关性,从理论上探析因"恐癌"加速胃癌恶化的机制,为临床重视肿瘤患者的情志调护提供依据。

MicroRNAs (miRNAs),a kind of small-molecule RNA,can regulate the expression level of related genes after transcription under the induction of multiple stimulant factors.Many genes that lead to the development of gastric cancer are closely related to miRNAs.In clinical practice,it is very common for the mindset of "fear of cancer" to lead to the rapid aggravation of diseases in tumor patients.As a saying goes in Huangdi Neijing · Suwen,"when one’s mindset is dominated by fear,the fear can impair the kidney".Excessive fear can hurt kidney,yet the vitality of a person is born in kidney,and kidney is the root of the whole body.Kidney deficiency is also one of the primary reasons for the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Therefore,from the perspective of "fear impairing kidney" idea and its possible correlation with the expression of miRNAs,the mechanism of accelerating the deterioration of gastric cancer due to the idea of "fear of cancer" is explored theoretically,so as to provide a basis for clinical attention to emotion care for tumor patients.
