Multidisciplinary consultation is the core system to standardize diagnosis and treatment and ensure medical quality.Taking two cases of inter-hospital consultation and in-hospital consultation as examples,the main problems existing in the implementation of the consultation system were analyzed.Furthermore,the management strategies to strengthen the implementation of the consultation system were discussed,which included developing the consultation system and procedures,standardizing the preparation work before consultation,clarifying the qualification requirements of consultation personnel,and improving consultation feedback mechanism.
