新冠肺炎疫情下武汉驻地医疗队管理模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Management Mode of Wuhan Resident Medical Team under COVID-19

自新冠肺炎疫情在湖北武汉暴发以来,除武汉当地医护人员救治新冠肺炎患者外,全国各地医护队伍分批次有序进驻湖北,参与新冠肺炎的救治。按照宁夏回族自治区卫生健康委安排,2020年2月21日第六批医护队伍驰援武汉,整建制接管武汉市中心医院后湖院区隔离发热四、五病区。为使医疗队迅速适应新环境,形成诊疗合力,提升救治水平,该医疗队探索并实践了行政、医疗护理、感染防控和后勤保障等管理模式。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan,Hubei Province,in addition to local medical staff in Wuhan,medical teams from all over the country had been stationed in Hubei in an orderly manner in batches to participate in the treatment of COVID-19.According to the arrangement of The Health Commission of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the sixth medical team rushed to Wuhan on February 21,2020,and took over the quarantined fourth and fifth wards of The Houhu Hospital of Wuhan Central Hospital.In order to make the medical team adapt to the new environment quickly,to form a combined therapeutic force and improve the level of treatment,the medical team explored and practiced management models such as administration,medical care,infection prevention and control,and logistics support.
