摘要
医疗机构中职能部门管理人员的绩效考核一直是医院管理的热点与难点问题,如何通过绩效考核,调动其积极性,提升核心竞争力是每一位医院管理者必须思考的问题。文章以上海某区域医疗中心为例,以平衡计分卡为基础,对职能部门管理人员绩效考核的实践进行分析和总结,旨在为同类医院提供借鉴。
In medical institutions,the performance appraisal of all staff of functional departments has always been a hot and difficult issue in hospital management.How to give full play to the role of managers of functional departments and improve core competitiveness through the performance assessment is a problem that every hospital manager is thinking about.Taking a regional medical center in Shanghai as an example and based on the balanced score card,this paper analyzed and summarized the practice of the performance assessment of all the managerial personnel in functional departments,aiming to provide reference for similar hospitals.
