Analysis on the Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Hospital Moral Construction in China

医院行风建设是贯彻落实健康中国战略的重要支撑,在推动医院可持续发展过程中具有重要作用。通过对我国公立医院和民营医院行风建设的相关文献进行分析,并结合2018年网络曝光的医疗机构行风负面事件,分析我国公立医院和民营医院行风建设的现状,探讨引起负面事件的原因并提出对策,旨在为我国医院行风建设的推进提供参考。

The construction of medical moral is an important support for the implementation of the Healthy China strategy and plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.The relevant literature on the medical moral construction in public and private hospitals in China were analyzed,the current situation of the medical moral construction of public and private hospitals in China was summarized in combination with the negative events of medical institutions exposed on the network in 2018.Furthermore,the causes and countermeasures of negative events were discussed,which provided reference for the promotion of hospital moral construction in China.
