摘要
越来越多的证据表明急性肾损伤(Acute Kidney Injury,AKI)除了造成肾脏损伤外,也会使其它远隔器官受累,甚至于出现多器官功能障碍,这是导致AKI高死亡率的重要原因之一。其中,AKI导致的中枢神经系统损伤不容忽视,AKI危重患者的高死亡率和长住院时间都与神经系统并发症密切相关。因此,AKI造成的脑损伤是目前备受关注的研究热点,本文就AKI导致脑损伤的基础和临床研究进展作一综述。
More and more evidences show that acute kidney injury(AKI)not only causes kidney damage,but also affects other distant organs,and even triggers multiple organ dysfunction,which is an important reason for the high mortality of AKI.Among them,the central nervous system damage caused by AKI cannot be ignored.The high mortality and long hospital stay of critically ill patients with AKI are closely related to neurological complications.Therefore,the brain damage caused by AKI is a research hotspot at present.This article summarized the basic and clinical research progress of brain damage caused by AKI.
