摘要
教学与科研是高校教师的生命张力所在,其中青年教师的“教”“研”不匹配问题尤其被学界关注。在深入剖析青年教师“教”“研”不匹配原因的基础上,发现学生作为另一重要群体被持续忽视。由此创新性地提出以学科竞赛为载体的“教学研”协同创新:即将学生与教师诉求充分融合,始于教师与学生科研团队的组建和长效协同,终于教师与学生的教学相长,依靠教师的“教”“研”融合和学生的“学”“研”一体打通中间环节,进而形成一个持续循环、良性互动的机制。
The teaching and scientific research are the life tension of university teachers.The mismatch between teaching and research of young teachers is especially concerned by the academic community.Based on an in depth analysis of the reasons for the mismatch between teaching and research of young teachers,it is found that the students,as another important group,are continuously ignored.On this basis,we put forward a trinity collaborative mechanism of“teaching,research and learning”basis on the subject competition,which fully integrates the demands of students and teachers.It starts from the establishment and long term coordination of the team of teachers and students,and it takes the mutual benefit of teaching and learning as the goal.The integration link is broken by the integration of teaching and research in teachers and the integration of learning and research in students,finally,a continuous circulation mechanism is formed.
