摘要
通过对公共管理类学生毕业实习中校地合作相关主体的访谈和资料分析,发现实践教学的校地合作偏向高校唱独角戏,其模式缺少校外合作单位主动、全程、可持续地参与,导致校外单位在人才培养方面的作用不大,不符合“校地合作”与“产教融合”的理念。协同治理理论为解决实践教学流程中的问题提供了坚实的基础。为保证实践教学流程再造取得成功,应从参与主体的利益出发,设立实践教学交流专项基金,保持信息共享,推进校地可持续、深层次的合作,从而提高人才培养质量。
Through the interview of the relevant subjects and the data analysis of school local cooperation during the graduate practice of public administration,it is found the practice teaching has to been carried out on universities’own.The model of university’s solo role and lacking the active,full and sustainable participation of the off campus units results in the poor effect of off campus units in improving the quality of talent training.Those are inconsistent with the concept of“school local cooperation”and“industry teaching integration”.The collaborative governance theory provides a good basis for solving problems in practice teaching process.In order to ensure the success of practice teaching process re engineering,we should set up Interchange Fund for practice teaching,information sharing plat to promote sustainable and in depth cooperation between schools and locals and improve the quality of talent training.
