滚装船装运特大型重装备捆绑加固研究

摘要 为做好特大型重装备海上运输工作,提高装备在复杂海况条件下的稳定性和安全性。根据重装备特点及海上运输相关技术标准,研究设计了适合于特大型重装备捆绑加固方案,并对该方案进行横向受力、纵向受力和横向倾覆校核,进一步确定了系固方案的合理性和可行性,可为重装备捆绑加固提供技术支持和一定参考。 In order to do a good job of the maritime transportation of extra-large heavy equipment,the stability and security of the equipment under complex sea conditions have to improved and strengthened.According to the characteristics of the heavy equipment and the technical standards of marine transportation,developed and designed in the present paper is a bundling and reinforcing scheme suitable for extra-large heavy equipment,which is then checked with the transverse force,longitudinal force and the transverse overturning to further determine the rationality and feasibility of the scheme.The paper may provide certain technical support and reference for the bundling and reinforcement of heavy equipment.
