摘要 对于偏高岭土和海泡石在复掺条件下对水泥净浆强度与微结构的影响进行了系统研究。分别探讨了偏高岭土和海泡石在单掺与复掺状态下,对水泥净浆基本性能(各龄期强度、扩展度、标准稠度用水量、凝结时间等)的影响。试验结果表明:随着偏高岭土与海泡石的掺量不断增大,水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间及粘度逐渐增加,扩展度有所减小;当偏高岭土掺量为10%、海泡石掺量20%时达到最佳强度掺量。合理的掺量有助于提高水泥净浆的致密度,减小孔隙率,增加凝胶体的含量,提高水泥净浆的整体性能。 In the present paper,a systematic study is made of the effect of metakaolin/sepiolite on the strength and the micro-structure of cement paste under the conditions of compound mixing,with the effects of metakaolin/sepiolite on the basic performances(strength,expansion,water consumption of standard consistency,setting time,etc.at different ages)of cement paste under the conditions of both the single mixing and the compound mixing explored respectively.The experimental results show that,with the continuously increasing content of metakaolin and sepiolite,the effects of water consumption,setting time and viscosity on the standard consistency of cement increase gradually,but the expansion degree decreases to some extent.When metakaolin content reaches 10% and sepiolite content reaches 20%,the optimum strength content is got to.The rational dosage helps improve the density of cement paste,reduce porosity,increase the content of gel,and improve the overall performances of cement paste.
