摘要
钢管柱是地铁车站非常重要的受力部分,对车站保持整体稳定发挥着重要作用。传统钢管柱施工时定位困难、工序繁琐、周期较长,过程稍有不畅即会导致后续工作无法正常开展。为此,依托长沙地铁木马塅站盖挖钢管柱施工案例,对钢管柱传统施工工艺进行优化:用孔口定位器取代传统定位器,减少了施工步骤,提高了施工效率,降低了施工风险;取消长钢护筒,只保留钻孔施工时2 m长度;优化调整施工工序,精简施工环节。施工工效得到大幅提高,整体施工工期缩短了60%以上,经济效益显著。
The steel-tube column is a very important load-bearing part of the subway station,which plays an important role in maintaining the overall stability of the station.In the past steel-tube column construction,owing to the use of the traditional construction methods,the project was often discontinued because of the difficult positioning,complex processes and the long duration of the construction,with the subsequent work unable to go on.In such a case,the construction of the cover-excavation steel-tube column at Mumaduan Station of Changsha subway is taken in the paper as the technical background,upon the basis of which the traditional construction technology for the steel-tube column is thus optimized:the hole locator is used to replace the traditional locator,which helps improve the construction efficiency,reduce the construction steps and construction risks;the long steel casing is canceled and only 2 m length is retained for drilling;the construction processes are optimized and adjusted,and the construction links are simplified,as a result of which the construction efficiency is greatly improved,and the overall construction duration is shortened by more than 60%,with remarkable economic benefits achieved.
