Review of Metrological Research on Instrumented Indentation Testing

摘要 仪器化压入测量中的计量研究是保证测试结果准确性和可靠性的基础。介绍了仪器化压入测量的计量研究概况,讨论了现有国际和国家标准中的关键校准参数和校准方法。在回顾仪器化压入测量发展历程的基础上进一步讨论了该技术的最新发展趋势,依托升温/降温测量、便携式测量和大通量测量等亟需要开展的相应计量研究工作来支持这些新测量方法的研究和应用。 The metrological study of instrumented indentation testing(IIT)is the key to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.An overview of metrological research in IIT is presented,and the key calibration parameters and methods in existing international and national standards are discussed.The latest trends in the technology are further discussed based on a review of the development of IIT,relying on the much-needed corresponding metrological research work on temperature ramp-up/down measurements,portable measurements,and high-throughput measurements to support the research and application of these new measurement methods.
