摘要
[目的/意义]基于情景分析理论,检验高校科研数据平台功能的可用性,促使科研数据发挥更大价值,实现科研数据全方位管理,推动开放科学和开放数据的发展。[方法/过程]针对科研过程的阶段特征,采用情景分析法构建了科研过程的4个情景,重点针对实施阶段的情景,以复旦大学社会科学数据平台为例开展了眼动追踪实验研究。[结果/结论]初步确定了高校科研数据平台的四大功能定位:用于选题立项的功能,用于科研准备的功能,用于科研实施的功能和用于成果管理的功能。最后对新一代高校科研数据平台功能重新定位与优化,能够实现数据一站式管理、数据开放、数据共享以及数据再利用功能。
[Purpose/significance] Based on the theory of scenario analysis,this paper tests the availability of university research data platform functions,promotes research data to play greater value,realizes the comprehensive management of research data,and promote the development of open science and open data.[Method/process] According to the stage characteristics of scientific research process,four scenarios of scientific research process are constructed by using scenario analysis method.Focusing on the implementation stage of scenarios,eye tracking experiment is carried out with Fudan University social science data platform as an example.[Result/conclusion] Four functions of university research data platform are preliminarily determined:the function for project selection,the function for scientific research preparation,the function for scientific research implementation and the function for achievement management.Finally,the function of the new generation of university research data platform is repositioned and optimized,which can realize the functions of data one-stop management,data opening,data sharing and data reuse.
